Provided energy modeling and consulting on Passive House projects for architects and builders. Co-founded Oregon's branch of Passive House Northwest and provided public presentations.

Energy Performance Score (EPS) Program Designer, 2008-2009, Portland, Oregon
Developed the Energy Performance Score concept and protocols for energy and carbon scores for new and existing homes for Earth Advantage and the Energy Trust of Oregon. - Strategic planning and research to create a business plan for sustainable real estate

- Designed and built a green home featured in Good Green Homes.
- Designed whole house remodels, including green remodels.
- Built green remodels including full home remodel, bath addition, attic living space,
  and installing retrofit radiant heating systems.

Developed and instructed intensive ESL curriculum for Japanese exchange students. Coordinated between high schools, parents and students including Japanese language interpretation.
